Import Jobs from ISN.

I use ISN to run the office, and import to 3D on my laptop. I have 2 other inspectors. We are having trouble getting each of their laptops to import their own data. The one has resorted to just manually inputting for his jobs. I'd like to not have the new guy do this too. How do I get each laptop to be able to import for the correct inspector? Trouble seems to be, whoever hits the Import button first gets all inspections off ISN, and they all come through with myself as the inspector. Then, when another guy hits import, there aren't any to get.
