Hello Chris,
Please see if reinstalling the PDF driver using the steps here will resolve it: https://www.3dinspection.com/forums-discussion/10047-installation-and-upgrading/462-windows-10-pdf-driver-re-install
There are two sets of instructions at that link, so if you have trouble trying the first method with the command prompt, you can try the second post with alternate instructions to see if that works instead.If that doesn't work for you then please take a screenshot of the error and submit a ticket here: https://3dinspection.com/tech-support/index.html
