CFS stuck

Anyone have the problem where if they try to open CFS it gets stuck in the "Welcome" window?  Can't find anything obvious.

    Hello Jeff,

    You should be able to go to the bottom task-bar in windows and mouse over the 3d icon.
    You should then see two windows, one for the program and one for the loading subdivision screen.
    If you can click the x above the small box showing the subdivision screen, or right click and close it that should get past it and allow it to load still.

    Hello Jeff,

     

    If the problem is still occurring after following the previous instructions then chances are something is preventing the subdivisions portion of CFS from loading. You might want to try temporarily turning off any scanning programs such as antivirus or auto-backup programs to see if that resolves the issue.
