Override Print Layout

Is there a way to control comments placement, different for the body of the report and the summary? By example: I wish the body of the report would have the bathroom comments on the bathroom page, but the summary could have the plumbing related problems all together, pulled from the plumbing, kitchen and bathroom pages. Same with electric. Structure. Etc.
