Subscription Benefits
Your 3D Inspection System included subscription runs one year from the anniversary of your initial purchase, renewable annually to retain valuable benefits for your software.
What Benefits are Included?
- FREE Cloud3D Services (activated separately) transfers up to 500 reports annually for the mobile apps. (Additional reports may incur an overage charge, but that means your business volume is great!)
- Replacement installers for your desktop software engine (we still recommend archiving installers AND backups of your custom 3D data that we don’t have)
- FREE live support phone or remote session incidents. At each subscription renewal, each main copy or separate branch copy receives 2 free incidents for the year. If all free live support incidents are used during the subscription year, extra discounted incidents may be purchased.* (Non-subscribers are not entitled to free live support; incidents MAY be available at a higher charge, handled after any subscribers in queue.)
- Extra discounts on licensing, edition upgrades, and other specials not available to non-subscribers.
- Lower future rate option. Sign up for auto-renewal by choosing the subscribe yearly option when renewing a subscription to keep the current base renewal rate locked-in for the future. Otherwise late renewals or re-subscribing after expiration normally reverts to then-current subscription rates.
- Activation help. Subscribers may receive assistance with activation of replacement machines. Activation on new computers may be unavailable to non-subscribers or old versions.

- Lower cost renewals than most competitors, less than your daily coffee! Use the savings to grow your business!
How does it work?
A complimentary one-year subscription is automatically included free with your initial purchase of the 3D Inspection System. Subsequently, you may choose to renew annually. Although not required for the existing installed desktop software to keep working, subscribing let’s you keep the above benefits.
We recommend using the Subscribe yearly option to automatically renew for convenience (opt out at any time, and manage your own payment options or changes) to keep your current rate regardless of future price increases. We’ll try to email subscribers about their upcoming renewals but cannot be responsible for lost, late, or misdirected notices, but autorenewal can help prevent your subscription from expiring as well as keeping your last renewal rate upon signup locked in.
What if my subscription lapses or I choose not to renew?
Once expired, you may need to pay a higher retroactive subscription renewal to receive any subscription-only benefits. Future subscription renewal rates also revert to current pricing (see cart items below). Non-subscribers may continue to use the last version installed as long as it continues working with their equipment. Older versions are unsupported and may not activate or work with newer hardware. Other benefits solely available to subscribers (such use of mobile apps with Cloud3D Services or replacement installers) are unavailable.
Can I get support without a subscription?
Maybe. Those with expired plans may be able to purchase live phone support incidents for assistance with a supported version. Subscribers in queue receive priority assistance over non-subscribers. Or you may be able to find answers on our website or get an answer using Web ticket email support. Otherwise you may need to purchase a retroactive renewal or new version of 3D Software with its included one year subscription and live support incidents if you need further assistance.
3D Inspection System users retain the best benefits at lower cost through the annual subscription plan. Contact our Subscriptions department if you have questions about subscription plan benefits or renewals, or signing up for, updating, or canceling and auto-renewal. The Subscriptions department can also email you the details of your subscription rate and renewal date information.
CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PRICING
Your subscription renewal might include:
- Base subscription fee covers the standard EULA installs of the desktop software on up to 2 computers at the same address used by the same registered user, and unlimited devices running mobile apps at any address or inspector.
- Additional purchased network license seats add $125 to base subscription cost
- Each additional Branch licenses for additional inspectors/users using desktop independently has its own standard base rate, complete with independent benefits, live support incidents, and Cloud3D Services report allowance. For convenience a main office and branch office renewals may be renewed at the same time.
NOTE: You may only legally install and use the software on the number of computers for which you have obtained proper licensing. For special circumstances such as branch offices or independently working inspectors, please contact sales. Any inspectors using company equipment remotely should also be specially set up to use special activation via their own email addresses that you can easily have turned off or reassigned as needed. Please contact sales about these scenarios.
For online renewals, your actual payment will be adjusted at final processing time. Base fees will be reduced to any lower locked-in base rates, and any additional purchased seat licensing or branch licensing added as applicable. Although your initial order acknowledgement may reflect the default cart amount, your final emailed receipt will reflect the actual charges processed. Note that renewal pre-orders submitted significantly early, prior to your subscription expiration, may be processed later, within the same month as and closer to your renewal date.
Additional Cloud3D Services overages for more than 500 inspection files during your prior subscription year may be charged at the end of your subscription period, or near the same time as your next renewal, or may be purchased at any time during the year. Any Cloud3D Service overages for any past service during the prior subscription year are still due if a subscription is not subsequently renewed.
(Pricing and terms subject to change, except for existing subscribers set up to auto-renew will generally retain their prior subscription rate)
*Non-subscriber cost for additional live support incidents is currently $90 US. Additional live support incidents for subscribers after using all free ones during the subscription year is currently $30 for subscribers. However free live support incidents reset again for the next subscription period.
