Processing and Delivery Information
Online orders are not processed instantly. Processing is finished later by our sales staff during business hours. After receipt of funds any applicable download link and key will be sent to you by email. Orders received late in the day or during holidays and weekends may be processed the following business day. In most cases, cleared funds received before 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday will ensure the order is processed by close of business. (A clearance delay may apply to payment by check).Â
Software is not shipped, so after your order is processed, software is typically delivered via an emailed download link, and we recommend copying your any purchased download to USB or cloud storage for safekeeping in the event reinstalling should ever be needed. Only users with an active subscribers can receive replacement installers.

Any shipped items (books) are normally processed within 2 business days of placing your order (excluding holidays and weekends).  You will be able to select your shipping method at Checkout.  Large books or items may be more; check product description for details.
We ship within the United States. For shipping information or cost on addresses outside the United States, you may contact sales at +1 239 652 0871 Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Please note that Expedited Shipping may not be available for certain locations, nor can some items be shipped outside the continental 48 States, to a Post Office Box or an APO/FPOÂ address.
Returns and Refunds
While we encourage you to download a Free Trial version of 3D Inspection System software from our website and choose your purchases carefully, 3D Inspection Systems, Inc. endeavors to remove all risk from your purchasing decision. 3D Inspection System software purchases of full Standard, Premier, and Focus editions offer a 60-day Money Back Guarantee only on the first or initial purchases of any 3D license or product.* This cooling-off period is designed to remove any risk from your purchase. You can request a refund by writing to us via our Sales contact form.  We ask you to please explain the reason you found the software unsuitable for your needs, and how we may improve. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
NOTE: For Lease to Own payment purchases, no refunds are issued for payments already made for service, however you may contact us to cancel future payments at any time. Should later decide to resume use of 3D Inspection System software you may start a new Lease to own or payment process. Payments must remain contiguous to be credited toward final purchase.
Subscription renewals are also normally not refundable, but may be canceled for future renewal. At our sole discretion an automatic subscription renewal may be refunded if you contact us within 7 days of renewal, submit a cancelation preference, and we establish there has been no usage of any subscription services during the new subscription period. Any Cloud3D Services overages however for the prior subscription period remain due for the previous services rendered.
To claim a refund or replacement as described above, you must contact 3D Inspection Systems as described above and submit proof of purchase and complete a refund request form. Where a refund or replacement is affected by 3D Inspection Systems, Inc., you agree to allow us to remove any activated licensing for any computers that were activated after purchase. Refunds will normally be issued via the original payment method. Any later repurchase of a returned product is generally no longer eligible for current or future discounts or promotions.”

*Please note that the money back guarantee does not apply to the cost of any shipped items where this has been requested and the media is not faulty. In these circumstances, this guarantee only covers the 3D Inspection Systems product license cost. Software upgrades for prior versions or replacement installers, purchases made in conjunction with trading in prior licensing, adding licensing, transferred licensing, or any purchases made by a previous purchaser or entity to expand or add additional copies of the software, and other non-full product initial purchases are also not included in the 60-day guarantee, or eligible for any refunds. Only initial purchases made by new users who did not previously own a license for any 3D Inspection System product may request a refund within the 60-day refund period.
Late or missing refunds
If you have requested a refund and haven’t received it yet, please verify that any requirements (like license removal) have been completed first.
Next check your bank account or credit card, as there may be a processing delay before your refund officially posts.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact our sales department.
Third-party purchases
If 3D Inspection System software was purchased through a third party reseller or school, you may need to contact that party to arrange for a refund if it is within the refund period. You may also be required to complete a return form with us and allow removal of the license to complete the process. We are not responsible for any refunds of additional related items that may have been sold to you by the reseller that are not directly offered by us and would need to check with the third party reseller about their return policies for those items.
Shipping returns
To return a physical product, please contact us for mailing instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
