Subscription Overview

Your 3D Inspection System includes a free one‑year subscription starting from your original purchase date. You can renew annually to keep all subscriber benefits.

 

What’s Included

  • Cloud3D Services — Activate and transfer up to 500 mobile app reports per year. (More reports simply mean your business is growing; overages may apply.)

  • Replacement installers — Access to current installers for your desktop software. (We still recommend keeping your latest installer with your data backups.)

  • Live support incidents — Each subscription year includes 2 free phone or remote support sessions per main or branch license. Subscribers pay only one-third the normal cost for extra sessions.

  • Subscriber offers — Special or access to certain offers or bonus materials.

  • Auto‑renewal option — You may be able to keep your current rate and get instant access to new bonus forms and add‑ons.

  • Activation assistance — Help with activating replacement computers. Activation may not be available for non‑subscribers or older versions.

  • Referral bonuses — Earn bonus months for you and colleagues with our Referral Appreciation Program.

  • Lower renewal costs — Renewals are priced well below most competitors.

 

How It Works

Your first year is included automatically. After that, you can renew yearly. Your desktop software can continue working if you don’t renew, but subscriber‑only benefits will stop.

Choosing auto‑renew helps keep your rate lower and helps prevent accidental lapses.

 

If Your Subscription Expires

  • You may need to pay a higher renewal rate or upgrade if your version is old.

  • You can continue using the last installed version as long as it works with your hardware.

  • Subscriber‑only features—like Cloud3D Services, replacement installers, and activation help—will not be available.

  • Older versions may not activate or work with new computers.

 

Support Without a Subscription

Support may be available:

  • You can purchase non-discounted live support incidents for supported versions (subscribers get priority).

  • You can use web ticket/email support or online resources.

  • If more help is needed, you may need a retroactive renewal or a new software purchase (which includes a new one‑year subscription).

 

Subscription Pricing

  • The base subscription covers one main desktop installation and unlimited mobile devices.

  • Additional network seats add $125 each.

  • Branch licenses (independent inspectors/desktops) each have their own base subscription rate and set of benefits.

  • All licensing must stay subscribed to remain active (renewal times for base and branch licenses may vary); you may arrange to forfeit unused seats to reduce future renewal cost.

  • Remaining subscribed provides the best benefits at lower cost. Online renewals may initially “authorize” the charge at the current rate, but will adjust your actual payment at final processing time to reflect applicable discounts, and/or additional purchased seat or branch licensing or branch licensing as applicable. Late renewals may lose prior discounts. Due to merchant processing rules, renewal pre-orders submitted significantly early before subscription expiration may be processed on a different date than your normal renewal anniversary, although we prefer to process renewals within the month of your renewal date.

  • Additional Cloud3D Services overages (exceeding 500 inspection files per main/branch seat) during the prior subscription year may be invoiced at the end of your subscription period, usually near the same time as your next renewal, or may be purchased any time during the year. Any Cloud3D Service overages for any past service during the prior subscription year are still due if a subscription is not subsequently renewed.

  • Subscribers enrolled in auto-renewal generally renew by the subscription anniversary, thus retaining prior subscription rates and discounts (overdue renewals may lose discounts)

Legal & Licensing Notes

You may only install the software on the number of computers you’re licensed for. For branch offices or remote inspectors, contact sales for proper setup and activation options. Inspectors using company equipment remotely should be set up to use special activation or logins via their own email addresses that you may easily have turned off or reassigned. Please contact sales about these scenarios.

Autorenewal customers usually can login to view and manage Subscription and payment methods directly and securely online, or the Subscription department can provide more information.
