The School Edition helps each student get up and running quickly as they break into the home inspection marketplace. Complete sets of home inspection forms, time tested by thousands of home inspectors, are included, along with the ability for the inspector to modify the included comments or enter his own to describe conditions most often found in their geographical location.  Inspectors will feel more secure, because saying it the same way each time reduces their legal liability. They just click off the appropriate comments for each question posed to complete a report.  Enter additional text anytime. 

3D prints a custom report every time, because any questions without comments selected never appear on the final report.  "Not applicable" never need to clutter reports. With the School Edition, inspectors can include photographs, symbols or graphics for any comment area.  Inspectors can also mark serious defects on-the-fly for inclusion in a final report summary.  Automatic photo cover page is easy to use to really dress up your presentation.
 
Inspectors may deliver reports to clients by printing to paper or PDF and then emailing or uploading to our free site for retrieval by clients. Documents are combined with the report at print time so all correspondence is in one file. Reports can be followed-up with letters of thanks to recommending agents and prospecting letters to others. Our included basic Office Management module keeps track of it all, and even lets inspectors print invoices and activity reports.

The School Edition comes complete with mobile companion software that lets inspectors choose to collect field data on a compatible PDA or phone.  School Edition is also upgradeable to other 3D software products, including the 3D Inspection System Standard and 3D Inspection System Premier. Any form set created for use with 3D software is compatible with the 3D School Edition product. School Edition includes a 1 year update subscription plan which entitles the end user to free upgrades during the calendar year following purchase. Subscription plans may be renewed annually if desired (most inspectors find this a very affordable way to always have an edge on their competitors and ensure their software remains compatible with newer technology advances.)
