If you have an item unexpectedly printing at the end of the report in its own section instead of where it is located in the report writer, it may be the Category feature is relocating the item at print time.

Normally if you relocate items to a different form category at print time, they would only create a new form at the end of the report IF you don't already have a form with that exact category name already existing.  So if an item is unexpectedly doing so, it might be accidentally assigned to go to a slightly differently named form category (for instance electrical and bathroom form names) then the ones you are using in your main report.  The solution is probably to simply change the category name for that item to exactly match same name as the existing (electrical and bathroom or other) forms in your report.  That way it will relocate to your existing forms instead of in a separate form of its own at the end of the report.

For each subheading you want to adjust:
a) Click the subheading label in the main report where the information was originally entered.  Hint: Categories flip the heading and subheading labels at print time, so the original heading will have the name of the "printed" subheading you see, and the printed heading would be the subheading in the original report.
b) In Modify Subheading, click into the Category box.  Click into the category name with your mouse and change it as desired to match your existing electrical form name.
c) To make the change permanent in your master forms for the future, click "Modify in master forms"
d) Click OK when done.  That adjusts the category setting for the report and it should now print in the form location as named.

You may do the same for any other areas where you want to adjust the categorized printing for items.  When done, you will also need to compile your forms before starting a new report if you want any changes made to the master forms to affect new reports created afterward.  Prior or existing reports are not affected, other than where you make the changes directly.

Another option is to just remove the Category setting from the item altogether so it doesn't relocate anywhere at print time, but stays in its original form location in the report where entered.

It is also possible that a number of form items previously set to a particular category will relocate unexpectedly if you changed the main form name of the original category so it is now spelled slightly different than before.  If so, you may find it easier to correct en masse by simply renaming the original form name back again- you may click its label in the report writer to do so.
