Hello all!! So here is my issue...I am trying to cut down on time setting up/scheduling inspections, inputing client information and invoicing. I really just want to put all the client information in one time and have the 3D program do the rest.
Currently when I set up an inspection I put the infomation in my google calender, then put all the information in the 3D program, then put all the information in Docusing and send that. Basically I have to enter the client, emails and address multiple times. Is there anyway for 3D to do all this for me? Can the google calender and Docusign be integrated with 3D? I also use the 3D invoicing but it would be nice to have it where you can open an invoicing tab to see all your open invoices (like Quickbooks). Most clients pay before or at the inspection but of course some are out of town or dont pay at the inspection. So then I send them the invoice but I need to track the open ones still owe. I currently just print off the invoices that havent paid.
It would even be nice if my clients could set up inspections through my website and then all that information would just transfer to 3D??
I am not the best with technology and computers so I am sure there are more efficient ways to do all this.
